About This Blog
I've always been an active hiker, biker, and cross-country skier, but never felt like I had enough time for these things. Having retired from the Federal government at the end of December, 2007, I now have virtually unlimited time on my hands, and plan to spend it doing those things I love, and more. Carpe diem!
I'll try to include all outdoor activities, both big and small, local and far away: hiking, biking, XC skiing, golf, geocaching, local walks, camping - it's all good!
